Bab Al Qasr Residence

I recently stayed at Bab Al Qaser with my family for 10 nights. The hotel was not our first choice for this trip. However, we certainly did enjoy our stay. The hotel location is good, we had rented a car because everything was at a driving distance. The staff, however, are what made our experience enjoyable. Everyone was friendly, smiling l, and patient with our kids. Every time we asked for something, it was quickly provided to us by the staff ( be it extra towels, snacks, or a baby high chair). I would like to give a shout out to Shahid, a waited at the artisan restaurant who always out an effort to make sure he says hello to everyone and makes sure everyone got what they need. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment and it was very spacious for a family of 6. Everything in the apartment was very clean and whenever there is an issue that staff were quick to handle it.

The room used was a three bedroom apartment. It was impeccable and had a wonderful view of Emirates Palace. One of the best rooms I have ever stayed at.

The hotel is located in a very nice area near corniche. It is very clean and has great facilities, such as the well equipped gym. The pool was also nice and the beach area was fine. Restaurants were also nice, and the cafe in the open lobby area is lovely. We (me and my mother) had booked a deluxe studio but got upgraded to a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious and well equipped, although furniture could be upgraded and spiced up with a bit of taseful decor and color, but overall very specious bedroom. The view from our apartment was breath taking, we were on the 25th floor facing the West, with the Emirates Palace, and Rixos Hotel in our view (and of course the Persian Gulf’s torquiose waters). The staff were very kind and helpful with many things. Special thanks to Sadik helping us with luggage and finding our reserved taxi to the airport (the driver was lost). Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend this hotel.

The Positives:- Impeccable Accommodations: My apartment was spotless, with modern furnishings and thoughtful details like a luxuriously comfortable bed and a high-tech bathroom with responsive climate control. The view of the Corniche was the cherry on top! Stellar Staff: From reception to room service to the spa, the staff went above and beyond with their warmth and efficiency. Their friendly service truly elevated my stay. Culinary Excellence: The main restaurant was a consistent delight with delicious main dishes, an expansive buffet, and a clever layout that prevented overcrowding. Room service, particularly the pizza, was top-notch, and while the desserts were a bit pricey, their quality was undeniable. Tranquil Spa: The spa provided an oasis of relaxation, boasting a top-tier sauna experience. The spa team's professionalism and attentiveness was a wonderful bonus. Pre-Arrival Support: I commend the reservation team for their proactive communication prior to my arrival. It made the planning process a breeze. Housekeeping Heroes: The housekeeping team was fantastic! They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and always maintained my apartment to the highest standard. Overall Impression:- Bab Al Qasr Residence is a gem in Abu Dhabi, providing high-quality accommodation and service. Addressing the minor improvements outlined above would make it a truly exceptional hotel. I would highly recommend this residence to fellow travelers seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The staff were outstanding. Professional manner and impeccable work ethic, yet unpretentious, approachable, warm and engaging. Had great tips and info about things to do and see in and around the outskirts of city. Room (deluxe suite) was beautiful, with incredible cityscape and sea views. It was surprisingly large and spotless. The separate bedroom was able to accommodate our five suitcases on extended several month trip and felt like a luxury apt rather than hotel. We have a restricted diet and are dedicated to our healthy lifestyle. We were able to cook basic but decent meals in the kitchenette during our entire three week stay and were supplied whatever we needed from housekeeping to do so, without hesitation. Hotel Food we can’t comment on much. We were comped the huge buffet breakfast, After an 7 a/m arrival from Dubai, while we waited for our room. It was incredible but expensive if you just want a basic breakfast. Was worth the one time indulgence though!!! Room service menu allows single meal orders and kitchen accommodated special dietary requirements on a couple of room service orders we made. Decent food but basic. Hotel is close to hypermarkets for quick grocery stops and there is a large Carrefour grocery store at Marina Mall, which was a 15 min walk or 5 min taxi ride away. We are avid gym goers. The gym is compact but very well laid out, equipped for well rounded maintenance routines during our entire stay. It was spotless and never busy. The hotel location is Perfect for nice long morning or evening walks along the corniche!! Lots of restaurants and coffee bars along the way.
